How is mosaic flooring made?
After the cast mosaic Terrazzo is applied, it is left to dry for 24 to 72 hours depending on the weather conditions. After checking that the product is dry, the application team is shaved 4 mm from the floor with the polishing machines and then fine polishing is performed with different diamond tips. This application must be applied wet. During the application, industrial type vacuum cleaners are used and water leakage is minimized. After the shaving and wiping process is completed, mosaic polisher is applied on the floor. Thus, the design gains a much more vivid image.
